Predictive Analysis


We are currently testing predictive analysis to help recruiters and hiring managers in their recruiting process. Predictive analysis analyses an applicant based on different slices of historical data, resume and how the applicant stacks against other applicants.

Each applicant receives a score between 0-100% on how relevant their application is.

Finally we provide a radar chart of how their skills matches the job description to easy understand if there are any gaps.
