Danish anti discrimination law

From the 1st July 2022 a new law on anti discrimination will take effect in Denmark. This law makes it unlawful to ask any job seeker for their certain information such as their age.
In order to help companies to comply you will no longer be able to ask for a job seekers Birthday if your country has been set to Denmark.
We understand that there can be lawful exceptions such as clinical trials or areas where there is a lawful purpose. In this case please contact us.
