New advanced search Today we added an advanced search that allows you to search for applicants by name, e-mail or searching for text or phrases in resumes. This will allow you to quickly find an applicant or search in your talent pool for all applicants who mentioned marketing and french as their language.
View resumes in the browser It’s now possible to view resumes in the browser without downloading or opening document in an external viewer such as Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word. It allows you to quickly view a resume and focus on the applicant rather than software.
